| Host a Stand UP Speak OUT Event
Hosting an event is a fun, easy way to raise awareness about our Stand UP Speak OUT Campaign for building community and equality and justice for ALL people, inclusive of transgender, intersex, queer, questioning, ally, bisexual, lesbian, and gay persons. It engages people in our mission:
To create and support projects that recognize we are ALL connected,
and that what affects one of us, affects all of us.
This is your opportunity to Live Your Truth and our opportunity to join together to say, "SILENT NO MORE! Dare to share the gift of who you are...that gift being your authentic self."
Your event should seek to inform and inspire your community to action, encouraging and supporting them in engaging hearts and minds, creating authentic connections, and transcending differences that separate us. Print and hand out the Stand UP Speak OUT Challenge, which is a call to action, offering people ten empowering principles for how to become a Stand UP Speak OUT Wind Changer.

Invite people to a community event in your home, your church, or your campus. Discuss the issues of stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination and inclusion and show either Sole Journey or For The Bible Tells Me So (or hold two events and show both movies!) Invite a speaker (Roby & Dotti would be glad to assist you in this area), provide information to the public, write letters to public officials, contact schools, and/or anything else you can imagine to empower yourself to Live Your Truth.
